O presente estudo busca identificar as vantagens e desvantagens dos métodos construtivos e, o avanço tecnológico na construção civil, por meio de novas ferramentas para o estudo de mercado. Através da revisão de literatura baseadas em livros, artigos e teses, o trabalho objetivou focar a importância da análise tecnológica como ferramenta para avaliação do mercado imobiliário da construção civil, para que a viabilidade do projeto seja realizada possibilitando ganho e crédito de mercado. Utilizando-se do método de pesquisa literário exploratório descritivo foi observado, que o crescimento do mercado imobiliário e da construção civil, atualmente, no Brasil faz parte do patamar econômico e social. Este estudo através do delineamento dos métodos construtivos que permeiam o mercado da construção civil elaborou informações sobre as técnicas a serem implantadas em projetos construtivos, como também, busca analisar esses métodos para que a viabilidade do projeto ganhe em tempo e custo, e seja finalizado com êxito. A indústria da construção civil, no Brasil, hoje é considerada uma alavanca no setor da economia, pois a esta se agregou o crescimento da busca pela casa própria, a geração de emprego, qualidade de vida da população, que tornou a cadeia produtiva da construção civil, novos investimentos em ferramentas e técnicas de mercado.
The present study search to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the constructive methods and, the technological progress in the building site, through new tools for the market study. Through the literature revision based on books, goods and theories, the work aimed at to focus the importance of the technological analysis as tool for evaluation of the real estate market of building site, so that viability of the project is accomplished making possible earnings and market credit. Being used of the research method literary, exploratory descriptive was observed that the growth of the real estate market and of the building site, now, in Brazil it is part economical and social landing. This study through the delineation of the constructive methods that you/they permeate the market of the building site elaborated information on the techniques the they be implanted in constructive projects, as well as, search to analyze those methods so that the viability of the project wins in time and cost, and be concluded with success. The industry of the building site, in Brazil, today a lever is considered in the section of the economy, because the this he/she joined the growth of the search for the town house, the job generation, quality of life of the population, that turned the productive chain of the building site, new investments in tools and market techniques.
