A formação acadêmica em ciências imobiliárias é muito diferente de um país para outro. Países da Europa, como Alemanha e Grã-Bretanha, e os EUA, têm uma estrutura de ensino avançado. Também existem países que estão em processo de desenvolvimento nesta área. Finalmente, existem países como o Brasil, que estão apenas no início do desenvolvimento desta ciência. Contudo, no mundo, o número de universidades que ensinam ciências imobiliárias cresce rapidamente e em muitos países é impossível listar todos os cursos existentes, até pelo fato das universidades não oferecerem estes cursos em caráter permanente. Neste artigo, foram analisados cursos de universidades em diferentes países visando apresentar as principais diferenças entre eles. Percebe-se também que a interligação entre as universidades vem crescendo. Isto permite novas possibilidades para universidades, professores, alunos, empresas do ramo e para as ciências imobiliárias.
The Real Estate Education between the countries is very different. In Europe, countries like Germany and Great Britain have an advanced structure of education. Others are in process of development of such and they will be achieved soon in other countries in Europe and USA. Finally there are countries like Brazil, that are only in the beginning of this science. But worldwide, a number of universities which teach real estate science are increasing very fast and in a lot of countries it is impossible to create a complete list of subjects because of the fact that universities open and close the subjects. To show the differences between the universities, they were “compared” with the result to demonstrate on the one side the courses and their special qualities and on the other hand the differences between those. Nonetheless, the intercommunication between the universities is also growing. This gives new possibilities for universities, teachers, students and companies in this area of business and finally for the property science.
