Avaliação de imóvel rural difere de avaliação de imóvel urbano, principalmente em um ponto: dificuldade de encontrar elementos amostrais em quantidade suficiente para atingir o Grau de Fundamentação exigido no escopo de alguns trabalhos. Este estudo pretende trazer à discussão uma metodologia proposta visando facilitar o trabalho do engenheiro avaliador, no tocante, especialmente, a ampliar seu horizonte amostral visando, desta feita, maior acuidade no resultado final da avaliação.
Assessment of rural property differs from evaluation of urban property, especially on one point: difficulty of finding evidence sample in sufficient quantity to achieve the required degree of grounds in the scope of some work. This study aims to bring to discussing a proposed methodology to facilitate the work of engineer evaluator, with respect, especially, to extend its horizon targeting sample, this time, more acute in the final outcome of the evaluation.
