O trabalho apresentado enfatizará também a importância e necessidade da retomada dos investimentos imobiliários como forma de exercer o verdadeiro sentido da prática de boa governança Institucional sela ela pública ou privada.
The actual paper has as a goal to demonstrate in a synthetic way, some basic and fundamental concepts concerning the real estate portfolio management upon the Institutional experience of a gaúcho pension fund. The paper will also emphasize the importance and need of the recapturing of the real estate investments as a way of carrying out the true meaning of practicing the good institutional management, be it public or private.
