Damage analysis for loss of reputation A model study
This is an valuation of the loss of reputation of an institution, due to the effects of certain decisions on its origin, form and communication channel, through a mathematical model that takes into account internal factors such as: distrust in decisions, reduction of credibility in decisions, trust effect (reduction of acceptance), reach, and external factors such as: loss of identity, link to a name not often seen, importance in other places. The determination of the weights of the factors was obtained through the Delphi method, with expert opinion to generate trust and distinguish the weights of each of the factors studied. The value of this method is that it is an analysis tool for using to value intangible assets since it is one of the controversial fields facing valuation engineering today.
